Brandon Turner's Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Hello, I am Brandon's older sister Erica Thwaites. I would like to thank you all for visiting our campaign page in honor of my brother. Your donations will directly support Asta, Brandon's widow, and his 2 year old daughter Ariah's expenses as they begin this new journey without our dearest Brandon.
We unexpectedly lost our beloved Brandon Turner on June 3, 2020, a mere ten days after he lost his father, Allan Turner, to sudden death. Brandon was an exceptional father, husband, son, brother, and friend. He had a generous spirit, sharp wit, and infectious laugh that will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Despite Brandon’s health battles, he always remained strong, positive, and saw everyday as a gift.
He was a music lover, steel pan player, a talented videographer and editor who had two student Emmys under his belt. He enjoyed spending time repairing and restoring vintage cars. Brandon was a true “foodie” and loved to cook for family and friends, often putting his own special twist on any new recipe he found. Just recently, he turned a metal file cabinet into a smoker and started serving up smoked meats and veggies cooked to perfection. With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. Brandon leaves behind his loving wife, Asta, and his beautiful and 2-year old daughter, Ariah. We are humbly asking for donations to help offset the costs of Brandon’s funeral expenses, and to provide financial support to Asta and Ariah as they attempt to adjust to life without Brandon.
We are overwhelmed by Brandon’s sudden loss and are so grateful for the outpouring of love and emotional comfort expressed so far. Our family cannot thank you enough for any support you are able to provide during this difficult time.
