HELP BRANDON BEAT CANCER!

To know Brandon Bernal is to love him! If you know him well, you know he's already fought some of the hardest fights out there. Today though, Brandon is faced with an even uglier battle and it's one he can't do alone.

Stage IV Colon Cancer

Brandon was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, May 15th needing some testing and scans to figure out what the problems were.  In reviewing the scans the doctor found a large tumor on his colon raising suspicion of cancer.  After additional testing it has been confirmed that he not only had a tumor on his colon but that it had spread to his liver and is now presenting in his lungs.  

His first surgery was on Wednesday, May 19th where they were able to remove, what they believe was, the majority of the tumor from his colon. He is home now resting and beginning to plan for the future months ahead.  His doctors have an aggressive treatment plan starting with Chemo, set to begin in 2 weeks. With treatments being scheduled, Brandon will have to take time off work to accommodate his sessions. We are asking everyone to please help Brandon with loss in income as he arranges to sit through chemo but also allow for any recovery days he may need. As with anything medical, we know bills can add up fast but even more so in this case as Brandon does not have insurance.  Cancer is an ugly beast to fight and we want Brandon focusing on that rather than the financial burden it may present.  Please help by donating what you can and sharing with all your friends & family.
