Fresh Start For Brandon

Donation protected

Hi,
My name is Jessica Harrington. I would like to share with you the story of a man named Brandon Roberts, whom I love and adore.
I am writing this in the form of a letter because I want all to know that I am reaching out to those of whom I love, friends of my loved ones and anyone willing to help out a loved one.
This story is about a boy born on October 11th 1986. A boy born to a loving mother and father. A precious boy who took the wrong turns in life and needs help getting his life back on track and living the life that God intended.
This man is my brother.

My brother has always had trouble with addictions majority of his life. He has made wrong choices that has led him to do time, lose people he loves, lose jobs and sadly enough, lead him to a place where he felt like there was no hope of getting better. Countless times I've felt like there was no hope, that God wasn't doing his job right (little did I know it was his time, not ours). I have received countless calls from my brother stating how he wants to get better but doesn't know how to. He wanted to change but he had no place to turn. He told me of how he didn't have insurance. He told me there was no way to afford the rehabs. He felt, again, hopeless.
That was until his family stepped in and found a wonderful Christian program that offers a year long program to people like Brandon, with addictions. It is called Central Oregon Teen Challenge (and adults).

This facility gives Brandon and his family hope. We know that God has led him to this facility. We just need help with the funds to put him through the program. The cost is $2400 a month and Brandon will earn half of that by doing jobs at the facility. However, that still leaves $1,200/month for a 12 month program.
Brandon is ready to make this change. He is ready to get better. He is ready to get his life back on track and start his new journey. His dream is to get healthy and become an addiction counselor to help people who suffer, the way he has suffered. He wants to help himself so that in return he can help others .

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17.

Please consider donating towards getting my brother the help he needs. Even the smallest amount will help Brandon through his new journey in the Teen Challenge Program.

Thank you so much for your time. Prayers are welcome.

Love,
Brandon's sister
