Those of you who know Brandon McClintock know that he has such a contagious personality. His laugh induces others' laughs. His smile induces others' smiles. His goofy ways inspire others to be just as goofy. Brandon is a wonderful, caring, loving person and he really needs your help!
Brandon has recently been diagnosed with a very rare lymphoproliferative disorder called Castleman's Disease that affects his lymphnodes and related tissues in his body. It can also lead to serious infections, high fever, anemia, and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer. Since being diagnosed with this disease, Brandon's health has declined quickly. He has uncontrollable fevers, numbing in his extremities, and has now also been diagnosed with pneumonia. He was admitted to the hospital on 11/30/20 and within 2 days, his organs have swollen enough to push on his lungs, exasperating the effects of the pneumonia. It has also caused his abdomen to become so distended, he has trouble getting out of bed and moving without pain.
While this is not technically a cancer, Brandon will need to receive chemotherapy in order to treat this aggressively. Unfortunately, because his short term diability ran out and he lost his job, he needs help paying for treatment. As we all know, chemo treatment in the U.S. can financially burden a person or family for life. We are hoping to eliminate this possibility by raising funds through GoFundMe. Please donate whatever amount you can afford. It all helps!
