Aloha,

While our son, Branson was getting ready for his future in the military/fire department, a big curve ball was thrown at him putting his life on hold. He started displaying symptoms of what the ER diagnosed him with as a concussion. We quickly learned that was not the case. On April 6, 2023, at the age of 18, Branson was diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer called glioblastoma (GBM). GBM is an aggressive form of cancer with a life expectancy of 18-24 months. Branson went through several different treatments such as chemo, radiation, and holistic treatments. He had multiple trips to the mainland to visit different treatment centers. His journey landed him in Houston, Texas where a selfless family housed, supported, and encouraged Branson and his family. While in Houston, at the age of 19, on April 25, 2024 Branson passed away. He fought the good fight. He was the best of all of us. We miss him greatly but we have comfort that he is in heaven with Jesus with no more pain and suffering. Please keep us in your prayers as this is a hard time for us and many others. Whether you knew him for a moment or a while, Branson truly touched lives with his kindness and humor. You'll never find another like him. We are no longer asking for donations. To those who have supported us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. May God bless you.

Mahalo,
