Bransons 3rd skull reconstruction

Hello, my name is Heather Figueroa. I am the mom to Branson. As many know this is his third skull reconstruction. He is 4 years old. His first was done in Vermont. It was not successful and not even a year later he was regressing. We reached out to an amazing surgeon in Dallas, and he was able to perform his second cranial vault remodel.

We were told he would need to be followed closely until atleast the age of 18. We up and moved our family shortly after his surgery from New Hampshire to Texas to continue care. Well, due to our networks not being in network with him we have to go the out of pocket expense. He needs this surgery as he has raised intracranial pressure. He is an amazing sweet boy Witt a heart or gold. No one should have to endure what he has gone through.

He has Craniosynostosis. That is when the sutures in your skull close prematurely not allowing the brain to have enough room to continue to grow. If this surgery is not performed , serious side effects can happen that I can't even imagine.

He started having headaches again, especially upon waking which brought concerns, and to seek to his surgeons immediately. He recently had a sedated MRI done that showed the pressure increasing, and his skull needs to be enlarged again.
