This Wonderful Loving family have just had their world turned upside down and we want to do all we can to help. Therefore we are reaching out to call on anyone that is willing to help us raise money for the emotional road ahead!
Our dear friends recently found out that their son, Jeronimo (Jero to his friends), developed Brain Cancer - Medulloblastoma Group 3.
Jero recently underwent surgery to remove the tumors and has been recovering well - with some days better than others. Now the family are set to embark on the next phase of treatment. This will be an aggressive treatment plan to target and eradicate any remaining cells. Over the coming weeks they will be in need of all our prayers to help them through this period.
Please help us do all we can to help support our friends and remove some of the financial burden that will undoubtedly fall on their shoulders - so they can focus on getting dear Jero healthy again without distraction. This will be a long emotional rollercoaster that will affect our friends on so many levels over the weeks and months ahead so anything we can do to smooth the path will be worthwhile.
Jero is an amazing boy, super smart and loving, a pride member of the U10 Bay Lions FSC - he is an avid soccer player, a real star on his team; and someone everyone just loves to be around! He has friends and family in different parts of the world that we know want to show their support and we hope this platform with allow them, and others, to do just that.
Over the coming weeks we intend to help Jero through this journey in different fun ways and will share these moments of community, love and laughter with you! We want to face this challenge together with a smile on our face, to bring hope, joy and laughter to Jero!!
