I'm joining Sophie and Abbie, to brave climbing all the way to the top of the Big One in Blackpool in aid of Alfie's Squad.

We have made lifelong friends at Alfie's Squad and we'd like to help raise money and awareness, so other families bereaved by suicide, can benefit from the support being delivered.

Not sure who'll be shrieking in fear the loudest as we reach 235 feet in the air and climbing up and back down again - all 420 steps!
