Save Skyla & Leila from further trauma
Donation protected
Simone is a young mom who has suffered deep trauma, abuse and addiction to alcohol for most of her young adult life. Due to recent catastrophic event that occurred due to her addiction, Simone has finally admitted she needs professional help and has been checked into the wellvale recovery rehab centre on the outskirts of Durban, South Africa. Her two girls Skyla(6) and Leila(4) is now with their grandmother, Yvette.
We are gathering funds to be able to continue affording the rehab fees, and the costs required to look after her two beautiful little girls while she is embarking on this difficult healing journey. It is not safe for them to go back to the house they lived in, as it was a dangerous and abusive environment.
So Yvette, their beloved grandmother, will be looking after them during this time. They are planning to stay in or around Stanger/Ballito KZN, which is close to the rehab centre so that they can visit and support their mommy.
What we need your help with
We appreciate ANY amount - as much as you are able. Every bit will help us!
Your donation will go towards:

Don't have money but want to help?
If you can reach out to your network or can share your knowledge:
- A home. We are also looking for a reasonably safe home for Yvette and the girls to call home. If you know a good area, a trustworthy housing solution, or anything similar around Stanger/Ballito KZN, please message Yvette directly on whatsapp +27 71 [phone redacted]
- Trauma Counselling / Psychology. The kids are deeply traumatised. If you know of any affordable or government-funded program or professional psychologist that can help in healing their mental health, please let us know via Yvette's number above.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any support you give
