Break the Cycle - cycling from Perth to Melbourne

Beschermde donatie

We are enthusiastically requesting funding assistance to Break the Cycle to improve Mental Health awareness, support and prevention to help save lives

Our goal is to raise $20,000 to distribute all funds between three worthy not for profit organisations :
Peninsula Health Network - services 13 locations supporting 500,000 community members
Speak & Share - Mental health organisation who encourage tough conversations and challenges the stigma associated with mental health reaching all ages.
It’s Okay not to be Okay - Advocates change in mental health, grief and suicide prevention.

Your generous support will save lives by assisting and enabling education access for 30,000 people in school and sporting association workshops, provide 10 significant community events, and provide Capital equipment to hospitals for improved patient health outcomes.

Break the Cycle consists of five middle aged men - Tim Allen, Guy Stringer, Tony Lockett, Brent Loughrey and Ben Adam who are courageously taking on an incredible challenge, pushing through physical and mental boundaries, riding 3,500km from Whadjuk (Perth) to Naarm (Melbourne) in 20 days.

Break to Cycle is championing how important it is to generate Mental Health discussions with prevention and access strategies, create a greater awareness and understanding for help and ultimately saving lives
