Breakfast Club at Shelley Public School

Hi, I'm Fiona and my 3 boys attend Shelley Public School. The school has recently resumed their breakfast club (5 mornings a week), to feed the kids toast, Milo and juice.

I have volunteered to help and after my first morning have seen such a need within the school. We ran out of juice, bread and jam! I think we served about 70 plus kids.

I have a dream to offer cereal, pancake days and fresh fruit for those kids who don't have recees. At the moment it is being funded by the staff, but offering it 5 days a week is quickly going to add up. I would love to raise some money to bless the kids at the school with plenty of breakfast, as well as lunches if they need.

Families are all struggling and food can be scarce. How amazing is it, to be able to bless the kids with breakfast, a drink and a smile to start their day well.
