Breakfast for every child who needs it

Hi, I'm Andrea, and I am the headteacher of Suffolks Primary School.

We are facing some real difficulties with funding, and for the first time, we are now in 'the red.'

This is happening at a time when our families need our support more than ever as their own pockets are being squeezed too.

Our families are facing increased rent prices, high electricity and gas costs and raised prices in the shops.

We all know that every child should start the day with a healthy breakfast and because of that we have signed up to the National Breakfast Project.

This project will fund 75% of the cost to give every child in our school a warm bagel at the start of the day.

This is great, but it leaves us trying to fund the 25%.

It works out to approximately £40 per week. It doesn't sound like a lot, but we have no money at all to support with this, which is why we need your help.  Thanks some generous donors we have now raised enough for one year and have also been selected for a second year of the program.

We will now keep the fundraiser open to ensure we can continue next year.

All money raised with go to giving the children food to eat. None of it will be used for any other school expenditure.
