Breast Cancer Awareness Month bday fundraiser!

Tax deductible
October has always been my favorite month--we've got Halloween, the start of the NBA regular season, and most importantly, ~*my birthday*~

This year, October means something a little different to me. My mom, Denise, recently finished 6 rounds of chemo for breast cancer, and she’s now cancer-free! I figured there's no better time than Breast Cancer Awareness Month to give back to the Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, which is where my mom received (and continues to receive) her incredible care throughout her cancer journey.

This year for ~*my birthday*~ I am raising money for their foundation that’s dedicated to “providing non-medical, financial assistance to adults undergoing cancer treatment in Florida to allow them to focus on fighting cancer.” The physical and medical costs of undergoing cancer treatment suck enough--nobody should have to worry about affording essentials like rent, utilities, or car payments while fighting this awful disease.

If you're able, please consider donating--like they always say, "Friends have your back, REAL friends donate $$"

I AM ONLY KIDDING, love you all (even you random people who have stumbled upon this link and are reading this for some reason). Everyone's words and support over the last several months have meant so much more to me than anything else in the world--strangely enough, I've never felt luckier than I have this past year
