Breathe Deep Danica

Danica has been described as a fighter, an "old soul" and "other worldly".  At 14 she earned her black belt in Taekwondo.  At 16 she won 2nd place at the Laugh-In Comedy club performing her own material.  She has acted in numerous plays Including Wellesley Girls, Andorra, Once Upon A Mattress, Metamorphoses and Big River.  She has a sharp wit and a big heart.
And now, failing lungs.
Danica has Cystic Fibrosis, a progressive genetic disease that causes among other things, many severe lung infections.
Right now, Danica is at UF Health Shands Hospital waiting for a lung transplant.  Her family, thankfully, has good insurance, but it doesn't cover everything and the bills are starting to add up.
