Breech Birth Hip Defect

My niece is currently 2 years old and was born in the breech position. While in labor the doctors pulled her out not realizing at the time that they had dislocated her hips. In my home country of Morocco if you do not have the financial means to handle a medical need then there is no hope for you. I'm trying to raise some funds to assist with a much needed surgery to improve her future quality of life. If this surgery is not performed now then the child will go through considerable amounts of pain as she gets older.The longer we wait to complete the surgery the more grim the prognosis for repair is.
