Brenda busca ayuda por un accidente y la muerte de mamá

Hola me llamo Fernando Rosas, mi hermana Brenda Rosas, mi madre Guadalupe Ayala y mi cuñado Samuel sufrieron un terrible accidente el día 26 de febrero del 2024, cuando una imprudente conductora los arrollo con su auto mientras estaban esperando el transporte público en Naucalpan, Estado de México. Los primeros días fueron sumamente complicados ya que el seguro de la responsable intento deslindarse, mis familiares no tenían ningún seguro médico y no había recursos para que se les atendiera en el sector privado, por lo que fue una angustiante travesía de hospital a hospital hasta encontrar una solución. Yo me encontraba viviendo en Chile ya hace varios años, como pude desde allá logré asegurarlas y se les atendió. Mi cuñado tuvo una fractura en su pierna izquierda y luxación en el hombro, recibió una cirugia.

Mi hermana Brenda tuvo una fractura de 5 partes en su tibia y perone, recibió dos cirugías y fue dada de alta, con revisiones constantes y la posibilidad de mas cirugías.

Mi madre Guadalupe estaba bastante debilitada por el tiempo que transcurrió al inicio, tenía fracturas en sus dos piernas, en un brazo y hombro, no sentía movilidad. Por su delicado estado se le mantenía estable y realizaban estudios, hasta que agendaron su cirugía para el 20 de marzo. Lamentablemente su organismo no resistió el procedimiento y sufrió dos paros respiratorios, por lo que falleció.

Yo llegué a México el 26 de marzo, para apoyar a mi hermana en su recuperación, el duelo por nuestra madre y el proceso legal contra la responsable. Tanto el tema medico como el legal han evolucionado lentamente, en la ultima visita al médico descubrimos que la fractura de mi hermana era mas grave de lo que pensábamos y se necesitará atención con traumatólogo particular para asegurar una mejor recuperación.

Los fondos que estamos buscando son por un lado para poder costear a los abogados que están llevando el caso y no permitir que quede en impunidad, y por el otro para poder tener la atención médica que necesita Brenda y evitar que quede con graves secuelas a futuro (apenas tiene 22 años).

De todo corazón agradezco el apoyo y solidaridad que nos puedan dar, cualquier donativo ayudara a Brenda a poder recuperarse de este difícil momento y a obtener justicia por el fallecimiento de nuestra madre.

Hello, my name is Fernando Rosas. My sister Brenda Rosas, my mother Guadalupe Ayala, and my brother-in-law Samuel suffered a terrible accident on February 26, 2024, when a reckless driver ran them over with her car while they were waiting for public transportation in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. The first few days were extremely difficult because the responsible party's insurance tried to evade responsibility. My family members did not have any medical insurance, and there were no resources to get them treated in the private sector, which resulted in a distressing journey from hospital to hospital until a solution was found. I had been living in Chile for several years. From there, I managed to secure medical coverage for them, and they received treatment.

My brother-in-law had a fracture in his left leg and a dislocated shoulder; he underwent surgery. My sister Brenda had a five-part fracture in her tibia and fibula; she underwent two surgeries and was discharged with constant check-ups and the possibility of more surgeries. My mother Guadalupe was quite weakened due to the time that had elapsed initially. She had fractures in both legs, one arm, and her shoulder; she had no mobility sensation. Due to her delicate state, she was kept stable and underwent tests until her surgery was scheduled for March 20. Unfortunately, her body did not withstand the procedure, and she suffered two respiratory arrests, which led to her passing away.

I arrived in Mexico on March 26 to support my sister in her recovery, mourn our mother, and manage the legal process against the responsible party. Both the medical and legal matters have progressed slowly. During the last medical visit, we discovered that my sister's fracture was more severe than we thought, and she will need treatment from a private traumatologist to ensure better recovery.

The funds we are seeking are to cover the costs of the lawyers handling the case and to prevent it from going unpunished. Additionally, we need to secure the medical care Brenda needs to avoid serious future sequelae (she is only 22 years old). I am deeply grateful for any support and solidarity you can provide.
