Brenda cancer journey

Hi my name is Kerry and I'm doing a fundraiser for my beautiful, hilarious, brave friend Brenda. She is a coworker and friend at a clinic. She is wonderful with the patients even when she was going through her back pain which she needed surgery for. Nobody ever knew she was in so much pain. We got some devastating news about a month or so ago...she has cancer. Her life expectancy is 2 months to 2+ years depending on how the treatments go. She is helping her 73 year old mom help raise her 3 oldest grandkids which is why the cancer is so bad now. She put her mom and grandkids health before her own. It started as melanoma and has now metastasized to her liver, spleen, spine, hip & brain. We need help so she can pay for treatment, leave money for her mom to raise the grandkids and any further obligations that may come up.
