Honoring the Life and Legacy of Brenda Feasel

Education was the cornerstone of Brenda's life. As a lifelong learner, Mrs. Feasel found immense joy in inspiring every student that walked through her classroom doors. Her ability to make learning fun was rooted in her many (many!) classroom traditions. She held students to the highest standards and wanted only the best for them. She worked tirelessly to ensure that every student realized their own potential. She could not have given this world a greater gift.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for new outdoor benches at Myrtle Creek Elementary in honor of her service. Mrs. Feasel was always prepared for recess duty in the rain (umbrellas in every color), and she would be grateful to know that the weather-resistant benches will stand the test of time. We are hopeful that these will forever serve as a reminder of the woman who influenced so many lives.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Myrtle Creek, Oregon at 10am on Saturday, August 26th. We invite family, friends, colleagues and former students to come together in the Skyhawk Room at Myrtle Creek Elementary to honor Brenda and the impact she made on each of us.
