Brenda Hudson's Medical and Funeral Expenses

Anyone who is lucky enough to be friends or family with Brenda, knows she is the sort of person that comes along once in a lifetime. The absolute best with a heart of gold. An incredibly strong woman who lives her life for her family and God. Despite having serious medical issues that started in childhood, Brenda has always remained so selfless and incredibly strong in her faith. She would do anything for anyone, even if that meant she went without. Over the last 5 months, Brenda has faced unimaginable challenges with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), along with an assortment of harrowing complications that have come with it. Brenda has been at Georgetown University Hospital off and on since 4/9/23, fighting as hard as she possibly can. With that being said, Brenda and Dana really need our help. Dana had to quit his job to become Brendas full time caretaker, which means they have lost his income. The medical bills are piling up daily and unfortunately, as of 8/25/23, we've learned there's nothing more that can be done for Brenda and we need to start making funeral arrangements. To lighten everyone's heavy hearts, Brenda has told us all she is ready to go be with her parents and she can see them waiting for her. All funds received will go directly to paying off medical bills and to Brenda's funeral. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, in addition to prayers. Brenda has said many times that prayers and her strong faith in God are the reason she's made it this far.
