Brendyn Medical Travel back to the US

This is Michael Hoag (brendyn's father) and I am asking for your help to get our son Brendyn back to the US from Thailand. He has been teaching English in Thailand for two years now and recently had a medical emergency to get him to the United States for adequate care. He is suffering from intense pain in his hips and lower legs due to some unknown inflammation. He is in excruciating pain and needs to be in a business-class flight so he can lie down for the 15-hour flight time. After reaching out to our insurance we were not able to secure a flight home with their current policy. Medical expenses have exhausted our financial ability to get him home quickly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
