Brent Maze

Hi, my name is Todd Carr. I'm trying to help out my good friend Brent Maze's ability to continue working remotely while recovering from multiple injuries sustained in a serious accident. Brent was in a severe car accident on June 16th of this year. He has been rehabilitating at his parent's house in Alabama because that is where his medical care and ongoing rehabilitation care is located.

Brent sustained injuries to his spinal cord resulting in multiple surgeries. He has made remarkable progress: from being unable to stand after the accident to using a walker, to now, being able to take several steps on his own with no help. Brent is the Editor/Publisher of the Newton County Appeal in Newton, MS. Because he must work remotely during this time of recovery, he needs a powerful computer to collaborate and complete layouts of the paper each week for publishing.

Brent has been unable to fully fulfill his duties as the newspaper editor because he has not been able to get a powerful enough computer to allow him to work remotely.

The funds raised for Brent will be used to buy a computer that will meet the requirements for him to fulfill his role for the paper and work remotely during this rehabilitation period. Any funds left over will help him with outstanding medical and living expenses. Thank you!!!
