Apoyo a Familia Bretado-Villegas

Hello! Thank you for taking a moment to be here and read about our cause. On March 18th, a devastating fire hit a section of the Colonia Obrera located in Tijuana, Mexico taking with it a number of homes including those of my grandfather and numerous family members. The families pet dogs unfortunately perished and two are still very badly injured.

We are thankful, however, that despite the fires devastation, no human lives were lost.  

Unfortunately, everything was lost in the fire and now these families, 27 people in all, among them numerous young children, have been left with nothing.  

This is why we are calling on you! Your generous donations can help these displaced families rebuild the homes they lost and put them on track to restoring their lives.

“Obrera”, the name of the neighborhood in which this occurred means laborer or worker in Spanish, work is something my grandfather and these families have never been afraid of. They are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work but they need your help to do so!

Hola! Gracias por tomar un momento para leer sobre nuestra causa. El 18 de Marzo un terrible incendio se emprendió en la primera sección de la Colonia Obrera en Tijuana, BC. Llevando consigo las casas de mi abuelo y familiares. Aunque estamos agradecidos de que no hubo pérdidas humanas, desafortunadamente las mascotas de la familia perdieron sus vidas y aun dos se mantienen con heridas criticas sostenidas durante el incendio.

Absolutamente todo se perdió en este incendio y las familias – 27 personas en total, entre ellos, niños pequeños que se han quedado sin nada.

¡Por eso les hacemos el llamado a ustedes!! Sus donativos pueden ayudar a estas familias desplazadas a reconstruir y levantar sus hogares nuevamente. Nuestra familia está lista para ponerse a trabajar en la reconstrucción de no solo sus hogares pero sus vidas pero solo se puede lograr con su apoyo!
