Brett Dean Smith Memorial

Help us raise money for the family of Brett Smith, who tragically passed away on March 21, 2023 in a plane crash. This money will go directly to his wife, Kathi Smith.

Brett was a fun- loving person who loved the outdoors, almost as much as he loved his family. He was so friendly and caring to everyone, even if they'd just met. He made friends everywhere he went.

You could always find Brett outside working on projects or just exploring nature. But being a pilot was his lifelong dream, and where he always loved to be. He loved to be able to look down over the landscape from his plane. He was always taking pictures of his plane adventures to show to all his family and friends. When he wasn't outdoors, he was spending time with family, and grandchildren who loved to play and take naps with him. Above all, he was just so proud of his family. They were always a topic of conversation everywhere he went.

On Tuesday March 21st, his family received the heartbreaking news that Brett had tragically died in a plane crash. While his family tries to grieve over this unexpected loss, we are blessed to have so many people reach out who loved him and would like to help.
