Team member in need.

I’ve started this gofundme to help one of my cooks who has fallen on hard times. He was recently hospitalized for mental health issues. He’s young and separated from family but has found a new home here with us at Cafe Boulud. I try to instill in all my chefs that we’re a family. We spend birthdays together, holidays, you name it. Which is why we should look out for each other. The help he needs right now is beyond us, which is why I’m asking all of you for the help. The $2400 will cover his living expenses for this month and the next with some money left over to help with his medical bills. Mental health is something that affects all of us, especially in our industry. Helping him tackle this head on will give others the courage to speak up and not be ashamed or continue to go through this alone. I thank you all in advance and hopefully if any of you are struggling with mental health issues this will give you the courage to speak out and seek help.
