Sometimes the ones who defend us need help too-

Brian Bouton is a father of four from West Scranton who has been a law enforcement officer for over 20 years.  Brian was recently diagnosed with both Hodgkin Lymphoma Cancer as well as HLH Cancer.  


Brian will be doing chemotherapy for the next eight months to combat these devastating cancers.  Brian is the sole provider for his wife and children and has done that by working as a full time Lackawanna County Sheriff as well as working for the Wilkes-Barre Twp. Police Dept.

Brian has spent months facing this illness before it was even diagnosed. In that time he has lost almost 50 pounds and has been dealing with multiple issues due to the diseases attacking his body.

To add to all this, Brian has had to face most of this alone due to the Covid pandemic.  Brian is in amazing spirits considering the situation however he has been told he could be out of work for up to a year or more with treatment.

Any donations provided will go to the family's expenses which are growing due to Brian's treatment being conducted down in Philadelphia.

Brian is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met and has dedicated his life to protecting his community.  I hope that we can all come together to support him and his family in their time of need.
