In Memory of Brian Bower

Hi, my name is Kristee and I am creating this fundraiser in support of my wonderful friend Michelle Bower in her time of need.

On October 18, 2023, Michelle's life came crashing down around her when she lost her soulmate of 30 years to the horrors of ALS.

Brian Bower fought this horrible disease with the utmost strength and dignity. He never said "why me?" instead he found it his mission in life to educate and to raise awareness of this cruel disease. Brian was diagnosed with ALS just before Christmas in 2018. Since day 1 of this diagnosis Michelle has faithfully been by his side, she became his primary caregiver overnight and she never complained. She did whatever was possible and necessary. She became his advocate and voice when he was no longer able to speak for himself.

At this time, Michelle is facing her new reality, and I am creating this GoFundMe to try to alleviate some of the financial burden that is now in front of her. Money raised will help Michelle provide the funeral Brian deserves as well and to help her with her loss of income while she grieves this significant loss.

Michelle is an amazing person, she was an incredible wife to Brian, she put her own life on hold in order to care for Brian as he deserved and now, it is time for us to help her.
