Brian Green - Eagle Scout Project

My name is Brian Green and I currently hold the rank of Life Scout as a member of Troop 235 in North Plainfield. I am working towards my Eagle Scout rank. The final requirement of the Eagle Scout is to complete a service project that benefits the community.

For my Eagle Scout project, I will be building and installing Little Free Libraries - one at The Church of the Holy Cross in North Plainfield, and the other at Vermeule Community Center in North Plainfield. The aim of my project is to help build community, inspire readers, and expand book access for all ages. The little free libraries will operate on the “take a book, leave a book” concept. Anyone may visit a little free library and take a book, or leave a book to share.

The donated money will be used towards purchasing the supplies needed to complete this project. Any additional funds collected will be donated to The Church of the Holy Cross.

Any monetary amount, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated.
