Brian Grubbe's Path to healing
Donation protected
As some of you may know, Brian was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in March 2018. He had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as safely possible in early April.
The prognosis given was 2-3 months without treatment; 15-18 months with treatment. The treatment suggested was 6 weeks of radiation; along with one year of chemo. Brian has had 2 friends die this past year from the results of cancer treatments, rather than the cancer itself. He has opted for a more natural healing and, thanks to God, that has kept things stable, for the time being.
Brian was wiped out financially in 2007 including the loss of the family home. The money he saved since then he invested in the company he worked for, only to be hit by the world oil collapse in 2014.
Friends have told him about the success they have had at the Castillo Cancer Clinic in Mexico and he has chosen to go there. The cost of the treatment, along with follow-ups, travel, accommodation, insurance and exchange is estimated at $75,000 Canadian.
The recent birth of his first grandchildren, twin boys born October 12th, has put it in his heart to see them come home from the hospital and to see them grow up.
If you find it in your heart to assist him in this healing program, he would be truly grateful. So many people have reached out with prayers and calls of well wishes to help him deal with this. He is joyfully grateful to all for their care and love.
