Brian Histand Mural

We are fundraising for a mural in memory of Brian Histand at the 9th & Poplar DIY Skatepark located at the East Poplar Rec. Center in Philadelphia.

We previously raised funds toward a memorial for Brian at Middletown Skatepark that did not come to fruition. The funds have instead been rolled over into this project for concrete costs associated with the latest feature at the 9th & Poplar DIY park, which is currently under construction. The mural in Brian’s memory would be painted on the back of the new feature once completed by local mural artist Damon Bain.

We will post updates as construction on the project progresses. Thank you all for your help in keeping Brian’s memory alive.
