Brian Layton

We are raising money for brain tumour research in memory of our wonderful husband, father, brother and friend. Brian was diagnosed in December 2022 with a glioblastoma grade 4 tumour. Although incurable from the start he had surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to try and give us some time xx Brian fought hard and really wanted to beat this horrendous illness but after a rapid decline these last couple of months he lost his fight on September 27th 2024. He was courageous and strong for as long as possible but towards the end he was suffering greatly xx we want to celebrate what a wonderful man we have been blessed with xx he loved to laugh and make people laugh so please honour his memory by remembering the happy times xx there were certainly a lot xx Brain tumours are an awful illness which gets little funding. We need to find a cure and a reason why they happen.
