Help for Medical Costs

UPDATE I was transferred to another hospital due to kidney failure. They have said my kidneys are damaged which could be from medications. I have started dialysis. They have said my kidneys could possibly start working again but they don't know. I have to have dialysis 3x a week for 3 months. If they don't heal and start working within that time the Dr said I will probably be on dialysis until I can get a kidney transplant. Still unable to work and short term disability ended. Any help is appreciated and all prayers for healing of my kidneys is greatly appreciated.

My name is Brian and I have been off work since December of 2024. I had an infection in my left foot and was in the hospital for a week. The doctor did surgery in March to reconstruct the toe. I'm now having problems with my right foot. I have another surgery scheduled for Wednesday March 26th. As everyone knows short term disability doesn't pay as much as your paycheck. My short-term disability insurance wants me to pay them 4 months of premium right now, because I have not been working and they have not been able to collect the premium out of a paycheck. They sent me notice of this, last week. I am not able to go back to work yet and get no help from thd govt. I need to pay this premium and catch up on some medical bills and utility bills.
