Brian’s services are now complete and our lives must move on with Brian and his family especially CJ in our hearts and thoughts. I will be closing the fund with the proceeds going to pay for the services and 3500 going to CJ for a college fund. The Mountains are Calling and I Must Go.
There are so many things to talk about: many memories of a man, a good friend and a father. How can I put into words my thoughts of a man that lived so fully? A man who lived to create memories and quality time with his daughter? Brian loved to be outdoors, feeling alive and well in nature. He was at his best with his backpack full of gear and trail map! He was always working hard to fund his next adventure with CJ. He always said “I am here to make memories and be with my daughter".
Brian's passions for life involved mountains, trails, water, mountain bikes, snow, friends, food and most importantly CJ. I could go on for days describing the impact Brian has made on so many people: the heartfelt impressions he left us will last for many years.
Brian was the type of man who would help you with anything within his ability: on holidays he volunteered at food kitchens, on trails he help out with gear, he taught kids club how to repel a cliff and climb steep ledges. He helped so many and never asked for anything in return. Now Brian’s family needs our help. I am asking for donations to financially help with the high cost that will occur within his family over the next few weeks. Any additional donations above and beyond the cost of the resting arrangements for Brian will go to CJ, his loving daughter.
