Brian Patrick Church Memorial

On December 31, 2021, New Year’s Eve, our beloved father, grandfather, brother, husband, and friend, Brian Patrick Church, unexpectedly and quite suddenly passed away at 56 years old in Texas. He leaves behind his wife and five children.

 

We are all truly devastated by Brian’s passing, friends and family included, so we want to give Brian the proper memorial he deserves as well as honor his memory in order to say our last goodbyes by bringing him back to Chicago to be around his children as well as those that love him most.

 

We are currently asking for donations to directly help cover the cost of Brian’s transport, funeral, and burial. The desired goal is $10,000.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we are all hurt and taken back by this event with no preparation. The money will only be used to fund his funeral and any additional cost in regards to Brian’s passing.
