Bad news for Salvadorian surfing star Brian Perez. After suffering a knee injury, a MRI reveiled a serious infection in his femor head and he needs surgery ASAP please find it in your heart to give alittle. Couldn't have happened to a nicer kid, always polite and willing to help others, hes a insperation in my life as well as many others here in El Salvador.
