Brian Urbanek

Hi, my name is Brooke and I am setting this up to help my mother-in-law raise money to pay for her sons medial bills and funeral. Brian lost his battle to lupus at the age of 40. Brian has been in hospital since January 1st being transferred back and forth from Froedert in Milwaukee to Holy Family in Manitowoc. About week and half ago he was sent back down to Froedert where we learned only half his heart was working and his kidneys were failing. He was put into an induced coma and they did continuous dialysis. Saturday the woke him and asked him his wishes. He told doctor he doesn’t want to live on Machines. He passed Sunday morning around 9am. With him being disabled he didn’t have life insurance so we would like to help pay for funeral along with lost wages his mom has had during this all.
