On Sunday, November 3rd 2019, Bridger Frederick was involved in a devastating car accident and air lifted to Denver. The accident left him with several broken vertebrae, t11 vertebrae completely crushed, a broken neck, and various other broken bones. Luckily he has maintained 100% cognitive function and mental comprehension. He went in for surgery Monday (11/4) and while the surgery itself went alright, it also confirmed there was extensive damage to the spinal cord and doesn't appear promising. He is left with no sensation or control of his lower section and legs.
Despite these tragic circumstances, Bridger has remained in good spirits, but has a long road to recovery. He will be remaining in Denver for the time being and any help is appreciated to help with expenses. His parents will also be having to commute back and forth to be with him and that means travel costs and extra time off work through the holiday season.
