Hi everyone, my name is Megan Edwards and I'm a senior at Sonoma State University, and orginally from Roseville, CA. I am an active member of Kappa Delta Zeta and a close friend of Bridget Riley.
As many of you know, the Sonoma County fire storm began late on Sunday, October 8, 2017. It has spread and burned through Sonoma County and is still continuing right now. Residents have lost their homes, cars, and belongings.
Bridget Riley is a junior at Sonoma State University and lived in Santa Rosa with her aunt and uncle. She is actively involved on campus and a member of Kappa Delta Zeta. Their house was completely burned to the ground and they now have nothing. This fundraiser is to help give their family financial support during this devastating time and help them with whatever they need.
Other ways to help:
Sonoma County is also in need of donations. Some things that are needed include: baby food, pet food, water, blankets, toiletries, tampons, pads, adult diapers, and toilet paper. Watch your local news to find out where you can drop these off to be distributed.
