Bridie Stott

I am writing this in support of the Stott family, and with their consent.

Jaala Stott is a colleague and friend of mine, a nurse in the Intensive Care at Lismore Base Hospital. She has worked tirelessly in ICU throughout the relentless years of pandemic and floods, supporting and caring for members of our community during their times of greatest need.

The Stott family has now been utterly devastated by the unexpected death of their beloved and beautiful 19 year old daughter, Bridie.

Because of the nature of her death, Bridie was able to become an organ donor. And at a time of such harrowing grief her family are finding comfort in the fact that her final extraordinary gift has gone on to save the lives of five others.

This GoFundMe is being set up on behalf of Bridie’s family; to show our support, and to offer some financial ease at a time of such inconceivable loss
