Child broke nearly every bone

We were both wearing helmets and both stayed on. Also a witness I did not know prior saw everything and saw it was not my fault (This is written by my dear friend he then convinced me to use it for a GoFundMe page he also contacted the news . ) Greetings everyone. I want to share a story which some would call a miracle. On Feb 28 Shannon was having problems with her car and was at risk of being late to pick up her daughter Briella from school. Being a single mom, her only way to pick her up that day was on her scooter. Many times they have ridden the scooter to go to the park or to the local store. On this day in Mabelton they were involved in an accident sideswipped them from behind. They were both flipped in the air. Shannon was safe but Briella was unconscious and run over by a car. Both the car that sidestepped them and the car than ran over Briella fled. Briella was on the brink of dying. She suffered a brain injury, broken right leg, broken left ankle, multiple pelvic/spine/shoulder fractures and multiple contusions. Even more tragic was her ruptured spleeen.
She was losing blood rapidly. She was rushed to the hospital and into surgery where she came within 5 seconds of being pronounced dead. God was truly watching over her. They were able to stabilize her. She spent the next 4 weeks in a coma in critical condition in ICU. Over the next month she woke up and started her road to recovery and was able to be discharged from the hospital under outpatient care with an expected normal recovery. This was a miracle from God. The pain and suffering with Briella also took a toll on her Mom as she had no one to help and no family in the area to support her. But her school...a lady who prayed over her at the accident scene...some close friends became their support system. Life is hard in this society as a Single parent. To almost lose your Daughter and To have to deal with this is unimaginable. Help was there to support her but now they
need more help. They are faced with mounting bills, transportation issues and multiple other problems stemming from this incident. Please put yourself in their shoes and consider helping in anyway you can. Life is not promised but in this case Life was granted by the graces of God...Thank you for your support.
