Brigette L. Harris-Larrabee

Brigette L. Harris-Larrabee returned home August 5, 2023. Brigette was a loving Mom, Nanna, Aunt, Daughter, Wife, and Sister. She loved her family passionately and often called herself “Momma bear” when it came to her desire to protect her family and make sure they were taken care of. Brigette’s pride and joy was her three kids: Hunter, Jaden, and Brynn. Weekly meals often included Mom’s famous spaghetti (consisting of everything and anything in the pantry) and loads of vegetables with any meal. Home-cooked dinners, homework being done, teeth brushed, bed on time….all thanks to a loving mother.

She enjoyed spending time with her loving Husband JD Larrabee. They would go on many adventures and often referred to themselves as “nerds” even though Brigette would never fully claim that title. They attended every Marvel Movie and she was always caught up on every series. She had a special place for Loki and considered him her “celebrity crush”. She loved the outdoors and being in nature. She was a walking Snow White and loved animals in all shapes and sizes. I’ll never forget one camping trip where she pet a skunk, but that just shows who she was.

She was a hard-worker and was a great example to her family of always pushing through every and any obstacle and to never give up. She would consistently remind us kids to “just keep swimming, just keep swimming”. Her positive attitude and heroics will be greatly missed by her family and loved ones. We always knew we could count on Mom.

She was able to accomplish so much and create a lifetime of memories for the family she leaves behind. Sadly, she was fighting a battle in her own mind that none of us knew was happening. Her family loves her wholeheartedly and she will be greatly and deeply missed. She is survived by her husband JD Larrabee. Her three children Hunter, Jaden, and Brynn. Her sister Lisa Massey and many many other friends and family.

Any funds donated will be used for funeral expenses and bills during this hard time. Anything is appreciated.
