Bring a beautiful baby into this world with IVF!

Hi there, my name is Lani Carpenter and my husband and I have had the pleasure of calling, Travis and Melodie Babb our good friends for about 20 years now. During this time we have got to watch Melodie and Travis date, walk down the aisle and say their I do's, and since then, try their hardest to start the family that we all dream of having.

Sadly, not all of us are get so lucky to make this dream come true. Through no fault of their own, Travis and Melodie have sadly been chosen this scenario. Since learning this, Travis and Melodie have worked tirelessly over the years with medical professionals, in hopes of bringing a child into this world. It's been hard to watch, so I can't imagine how hard it must feel, but not once have they given up on their plans for a family. Their perserverance and strength has amazed us all. Even going to lengths of setting up a nursery only to have no baby to put in it.

But that isn't the end of this story. In fact, this is just the beginning of, we hope and pray, a very exciting life long journey for both Melodie and Travis, as they have recently been approved for IVF treatment.

I have never done a go fund me page before but we have seen this couple pour endless dollars into treatments and countless doctor appointments usually taking place a few hours from home, resulting in even more excess costs. We have seen them struggle with the emotional tolls of trying so hard to have their dreams of a family come true only to be told, I'm sorry. The saddest part of all of this is that these people are some of the best humans we know. We are 100% confident that they would make wonderful parents. They are kind, thoughtful, giving, they are always there when you need them, they are responsible and would give their baby a wonderful life. They have both been nothing short of amazing to our own children, playing and giving our children their full attention for hours when they visit us.We truly believe in the heart of hearts they are meant to be parents and that's what brings us here today.

Until today, Meodie and Travis have travelled the financial road of fertility issues on their own. We feel that this is something no one should have to financially bare all on their own.

IVF treatment costs up to $20,000, so we are asking that if you have anything to spare, that you will consider donating it towards IVF treatment for this wonderful couple, so they can focus more on the task at hand and we can limit any financial stress IVF can have on a couple trying to conceive. A right some many of us take for granted and too many are denied.

How amazing would it be to be apart of helping bring LOVE into a world that does not seem to have enough? I know this would mean the world to them and to everyone that knows just how great Travis and Melodie would be in the role of Daddy and Mommy.

So lets show them they aren't alone in this struggle.
