Bring a Child Home: Support the McGee Family

Hello! We are the McGee family: Mark, Amanda, Bailey, Adilae, and our dog Bear.

Our hearts have always had room for a big family. Our cozy home is filled with love and joy, and while we treasure the sweetness of this season with our girls, we know that our family is not yet complete.

Adoption has always been on our hearts. After experiencing the heartbreak of losing six babies to miscarriage, we feel more strongly than ever that there are more children meant to be in our family. We believe now is the right time to pursue adoption.

Adoption is close to God’s heart, and in James 1:27, we are called to care for the orphan. We are amazed by God’s redemptive love and His perfect plan to not only fulfill the desires of our hearts but also give a child He loves a forever home. We can’t wait to partner with Him in this beautiful expression of His love.

While adoption is not something everyone can do, we believe that everyone can be a part of it. It takes a community to raise a child well, and we know the same is true for adoption. Our hearts and home are ready to grow, and we would be so grateful for your support as we embark on this journey.

Here's a few ways you can do so:

1. Donate toward our Adoption Fund. These things are expensive, but we know no number is too big for God. And this baby is WORTH IT!

2. Pray for us! Pray for us to be connected with the baby who belongs with our family. Pray for the birth mother, pray for the child, pray for us as we prepare to receive them into our hearts. Pray for the practical needs to be covered at just the right time. He is faithful!

3. Come to our fundraiser event!
