Bring a family together in a time of need

I am putting this out into the universe.

Everyone that has met me knows that I work extremely hard for my family and that I am a father.

My wife is stuck in the Philippines due to the criminally difficult and long visa process and we are expecting twins. It's an exciting time in our lives however with the insane costs of immigration to do it legitimately and legally it has taken an incredible toll on us financially. My wife will have to resign from her job in a week, as she is too far along in the pregnancy to work.

I have humbled myself and have sold everything I own of value in trying to keep our family above water.

I am not looking for a handout and I am always willing to work hard for whatever is needed. However, I have 3 jobs right now and there are not enough hours in the day.

My ask is, to be with my wife for the birth of my sons. We would be eternally grateful for any help.
