Bring Autumn Home: Donate for Her Recovery
Donation protected
Asking for help is never an easy thing, and we definitely do not expect a donation from anyone.
Her family and her lease family appreciate you all.
Autumn is only 13 and was brought to Tufts Wednesday night for an unknown fever, bad colic signs, and an unknown infection. Despite banamine and on farm veterinary care, it was decided that she needed to be admitted for overnight care. Fast forward to tonight, they are still unsure what is going on. They are leaning towards a bacterial infection in her abdomen and are unclear what that will entail. She is not passing much manure, still having fevers, and very uncomfortable. They are doing all they can to figure out a diagnosis and keeping her stable with IV fluids, nasogastric tubing, IV meds, ice boots etc. With that being said, the bill keeps on growing and Autumn is going to likely need several more nights of intensive care.
Anyone who knows Autumn knows she is the sweetest girl, despite coming from several auctions as a sick yearling. She loves her people more than anything and has been there for so many kids throughout the year during birthday parties, pony rides and leases. If at all able, help us bring our girl home.
