Bring back Mr. Bones! on 8th and Pine

Hello Chico! As you may know, the magnificent 12-foot skeleton decoration we've been enjoying for the past couple years was stolen from Ed and Abbey's yard on May 24th. So instead of letting some jerks get the best of us, let's pay these two amazing folks back for the wonderful decorations by getting them a new giant skeleton! (And please keep it a secret from those two if you can!)
