Dental implant journey one step at a time

I was able to get dentures at affordable dentures but still need the implants ASAP. I can do in two parts lowers and then uppers. About 7-8k for each. Anytime helps and is appreciated.

Bionic smiles in Las Vegas, NV will do the procedure, pay travel, and hotel stay for $16k, I am asking for $18k in case some expenses come up that would be needed. Due to botched dental work with my first child almost 15 years ago I had quite a bit of dental decay at every filling site because the fillings came out. Each pregnancy took more and more calcium and my teeth got worse. By my 3rd child I had constant mouth pain and decay in almost every single tooth. The cost to repair was so high and I would never have been able to afford it so I opted to get them all extracted and fitted for dentures about 10 years ago. The dentures worked okay for a quick selfie but eating and talking were a hassle and all of the adhesives made me sick to my stomach (texture/taste). I tried to put it behind me and just act like I was fine but it has taken a toll on my mental and physical health as I have now developed an esophageal hernia and not being able to chew properly causes me to almost choke every time I eat unless it is a liquid or liquid consistency. 3 of my children have never seen my smile and I'm sure the other 2 don't even remember what I looked like before. I had an estimate done for work and due to bone degeneration I will need sinus work and extra posts placed for a good long fit. The total cost was around 50k but anything at this point helps.

Please help me get my smile and confidence back and be able to eat a normal meal again.
