Bring Bonnie Skincare to Bucktown

Bonnie Skincare was born in February 2010 from a batch of lip balm. Since then, I have worked entirely on my own to build the brand into something that many of you rely on daily to take care of your skin.
In 2012 I was in a similar situation to where I am now; the owner is selling the building I've been renting. In 2012 I toyed with the idea of moving into a live/work storefront, but it wasn't the right time for Bonnie. I found a 2-bedroom in Humboldt Park and that has housed me and Bonnie for 9 years.
Although my hand is being forced, now may be the right time.
As this was not a planned move, everything is on an accelerated timeline. My lease will begin on April 1. Just before that, I will close the retail store on my website (wholesale is already closed). I'll take the month to move and set up the space. Upfront costs (needed ASAP) will be for movers, deposit/rent, insurance, and retail fixtures/buildout. The sooner I can get the store front set up, the sooner I can increase my revenue from walk-in traffic. Secondary costs will be for raw materials to keep the store stocked with old favorites and new products, and maybe an employee!
Immediate Benefits:

While sentiment is a virtue I've not been sufficiently granted, I am extremely hopeful that the very near future will be glorious. People walking down the street, smiling at strangers solely because it's visible. Hugging friends you only see one or two times a year. Visiting family. Traveling. Window shopping.
This is a hard thing. But with your support, I can do hard things.
