Bring Chazz home!

Hi, My name is Cindi, I am Chazz's sister. As most of you know by now, Chazz has passed away. He was only 48 years old and had a lot of life ahead of him. He is now resting peacefully with our mother in heaven.

He was an over the road truck driver and was in a hospital out in Louisville Kentucky. He went in to surgery and unfortunately his heart stopped and was unable to be resuscitated. Now as a family we are left with the difficult task of getting him back home here to his final resting place.

Chazz did not have any life insurance so his girls are left with the burden of bringing him home, having the proper send-off and resting him next to our mom.

We are asking for help to bring him home from Kentucky, help to give him the proper funeral and cremation as he wished to have. Please help however you can!!! Any amount is greatly appreciated!!!!
