Bring Joy to Mental Health Patients This Holiday

As someone who has suffered with mental health for many years, I am wanting to do something extra special this year! My one and only Christmas wish is to raise money to send to a mental health facility where faculty, staff, and patients will benefit with new supplies and Christmas gifts over the holidays. I feel it is of great importance that we remember those who suffer more silently. This Christmas season I am asking each one of you to contribute whatever you feel appropriate to this fundraiser. I am eternally grateful for the love, care, and support given to me as I have navigated life with mental health challenges. Thank you for supporting me in my "Train Your Brain" journey!
