Bring Kathy May Home to Her Family

We want to honor Kathy May—a beloved mother, sister, military veteran, and friend—as we say our final goodbyes.

We are seeking donations to help cover the costs of Kathy’s funeral and travel expenses.

Our goal is to raise $ 2,500 before November 9th. Kathy passed away on September 30th and has been in the coroner's office waiting to be claimed. When our family learned of her passing and this tragic situation, we were devastated. We are reaching out to family and friends for support so that her daughter can travel to Kentucky, cover the funeral expenses, and bring her closer to family. If you knew Kathy, you would understand she was smart, funny, and beautiful. In her early 20's she served in the United States Army. As she grew older, she lived a free-spirited life moving from place to place before finally settling in Kentucky, where she spent a good part of 13 years caring for a cancer patient.
